Vivienne has a very professional, pragmatic and sensitive approach to her coaching. She has amazing knowledge to make sure the programs are tailored to my needs and preferences, so it is virtually impossible to find an excuse not to follow them... and I find that I just want to do what she plans for me! I met her as a PT, where she was sufficiently challenging, respectful and precise in her instructions. Her programs feel doable, but I can for sure feel them the next day! My body has also seen the changes over just a few weeks. As a nutritionist she is very knowledgeable and has plenty of good tips, delicious and easy to prepare recipes (that my family loves), tailored to my needs and preferences. About Vivienne

Vivienne is a licensed fitness trainer, movement expert, certified yoga/meditation teacher and nutritionist. It is her heart's journey to support as many people as possible to establish physical health and mental well-being and to heal on all levels of being. 

Vivienne herself grew up in a very sporty and health-conscious family. That is why she has been dealing with the topics like sports and health since she was little. She has already had the opportunity to be active in many different sports disciplines.
