Private yoga/pilates/training sessions at a location of your choice
 


I offer personalized training/exercise units at your desired location (in your private or professional environment) in Zurich or online via Zoom. 
 

YOGA

Yoga is more than just a movement practice. It is a centuries-old philosophy of life and a holistic system of practice for overcoming human suffering and cultivating a peaceful and equanimous spirit. In yoga classes I will teach you meditation techniques (Dhyāna), breathing exercises (Pranayama) and postures (Asanas) that will help you balance your body and mind. I teach various styles of yoga, including Vinyasa Flow, classical Hatha Yoga, therapeutic Medical Yoga and Yin Yoga.



 

TRAINING 

During training you can expect targeted strength exercises, HIIT sessions, outdoor strength/endurance training, stretching and mobility sessions, specially adapted to your needs and goals. The training combines various elements from different movement disciplines to train your body as versatile as possible. The focus here is on general muscle building, sporting performance goals, body optimization and health sports. 

 

MAT PILATES

Pilates is a conscious movement practice in which exercises are carried out primarily with your own body weight and in harmony with your breathing. Controlled and intense movements primarily train the body's deep muscles in the torso, but also improve general body tension, balance and flexibility.
